Hi! We are Recapture Recovery LLC, and we are glad you are here. We have been in business since March 23rd, 2022. We are continuing to grow and strive to help anyone find their true self and embark on a new journey. We have a variety of employees with years of experience in their field, from psychotherapy to target case management and peer support. We offer Anger Management and parenting classes, as well as Clinical Smart Recovery groups and meetings.  Recapture Recovery is continually growing and adding new services to meet our community's needs.  We look forward to being of service to you.

Therapy Approaches

Mindfulness

 A mental state of being aware of the present moment without judgment. It involves noticing what's happening in your mind, body, and surroundings. Mindfulness can help you: Feel calmer and less stressed, Cope with complex thoughts, Be kinder to yourself, Improve your sleep, and Accept and manage your feelings

Psychotherapy

 (also called talk therapy) refers to various treatments that help a person identify and change troubling emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. Most psychotherapy takes place one-on-one with a licensed mental health professional or with other patients in a group setting.

 Acknowledging the interconnectedness of human nature and the important role relationships play in our lives. We believe that humans are meant to connect with others on an interpersonal and emotional level and that solid and fulfilling relationships help people maintain emotional well-being

Cognitive Behavioral 

A type of psychotherapy that helps people manage mental and physical health issues by changing the way they think and behave.
